Biksere is found in the region of Madonna, in the centre of Latvia. In 2004, the Archbishopric of Riga and its founders, wishing to create a centre of formation, bought one of the houses of the Biksere domain. In order one day to open this centre, we are searching for financial means to do the interior renovation work of the house. The will of the founders is, to make of the Biksere domain a place of formation, which will consist of three areas: retreats and seminars, sessions of pastoral and social formation, and for learning languages.
